Issue is still present, just not as visible anymore, nor causing any directly
noticeable problems.

Testing with 0.3.11, I started with a VMware Workstation 7 virtual machine with
4000MB memory size. Installing ReactOS and checking drive C: shows no
pagefile.sys has been created (presumably due to file being above 2GB).
Lowering the VM's memory to 2000MB shows a pagefile is being created however. I
didn't check the pagefile size though, nor if it adapts itself if changing the
amount to even lower, or if the file disappears again if setting memory back to
4000MB (or staying the same or having a random size between 1 and 2048MB).

Due to the new bootloader I'm no longer visibly seeing the "unable to create
pagefile" error text line. Might still be in debug logs perhaps.
