Testcase 1: Yuan palette program, file menu -> tests. The left tiger picture is
drawn with wrong colors in some bit depths. It's loaded with LR_DEFAULTCOLOR |
LR_CREATEDIBSECTION.

Testcase 2: Change rostests\dibtests\vbltest\vbltest.c:39-43 from flag
LR_DEFAULTCOLOR to LR_DEFAULTCOLOR | LR_CREATEDIBSECTION. Output of every image
that has to be converted is messed up. Screenshot follows.
