I have the same problem with the 0.3.10 live CD on my computer. It's a 32 bit
AMD Sepron with about a gigabyte of RAM and built-in Raedon Xpress 200 graphics
card.

I don't have a serial cable to debug the problem and it occurs too early for
the computer to recognise the keyboard to use the Ctrl+K command.

I ran the image of the Live CD in QEMU and found that the next SYS file is
"FLOPPY.SYS", my computer doesn't have a floppy disk drive and since I can't
switch the emulator's floppy drives to "Disabled" or "Not Installed" I assume
it pretends it has working floppy drives with nothing in them.

Could the problem be that if FLOPPY.SYS doesn't find a floppy disk drive, it
returns an error that ReactOS doesn't know how to handle?
