Testcase to demostrate problem..

The Wine people insist that I test everything with real Wine and not ReactOS.
They don't want to chase down ReactOS bugs, which I guess makes sense, but it
is kind of annoying to have two different groups pointing their fingers at each
other.

In this particular case, I retested using Suse Linux 11 and Wine 1.1.25, and
the ScrollableText control is present and correctly populated.

This leaves two possibilities. It could be a problem that has been fixed in
Wine and not yet imported, or it could be just a bug in ReactOS.

I am enclosing a testcase - a simple msi file that has one dialog box that has
a ScrollableText control in it. The text in the box should be the Declaration
of Independence.

On ReactOS, there is no control there - only the "OK" button. Using regular
Wine or Windows, the control is present.
