Now it's possible to unset the the HWND_TOPMOST property but other windows have
problems to set their z-order correctly, therefore i have to reopen the bug. If
you have a HWND_TOPMOST app running (e.g. taskmgr) and you start a new app,
their window is always placed on top of the taskmgr regardless the HWND_TOPMOST
property. A more strange example (therefore i think it's a reordering problem):
If you start an application and set "alwaysontop" of taskmgr afterwards the
taskmgr keeps always on top, but if you start another app (which starts in
foreground, see above) then the first app can be brought in foreground too (one
times).
