This is for SVN as of 2009-6-10.
I was unable to get any data in or out of COM1 in ROS via VPC.

I first tried logging all data from com1 to a file, but that didn't work.
I tried a named pipe, but that didn't work either.
I  tried using com0com, but that also did not work.

It makes debugging any issue on reactos somewhat difficult.  The only two debug
options that worked were SCREEN and FILE.
