Log just before cygwin installer disappear (with additionnal log)

Traces activates in files.c and create.c

We can see several tries to access \var\log directory which fails.

This file  \var\log\setup.log.postinstallXx00572 might be related to
postinstallation script issue.

Note also that in the cygwin logic, /var/log/setup.log.postinstallXx00572
should map to C:\cygwin\var\log\setup.log.postinstallXx00572
