QIP works now on 0.3.10!
I'll make a howto for it the next days...
Its able to login but you have to deactivate group-ing to see your contact-list

But there is a little bug during loading qip (Qip reports an error but you can
continue)

(tested with : ReactOS-0.3.10-prerelease-r41622-bootcd.7z)

I'll post a debug-log later for the loading-bug)
