ac97 installer crash

while executing the ac97 driver installer i get this log line:

tested in virtualbox 2.0.6

To reproduce the bug, you MUST reboot your VM before attempting to run
installer again

by forcing the kernel debugger to pop-up, i get the log lines i show in the
attached file.
