Translate Patch, Dutch for calc

As requested by hto at dev.null, bug 4261
Ended up being a major revamp:
I did not translate some units:
- Some non-metric units. E.g. a dutch "pond" is another weight than a "pound"
  same reason why I had to revert the "Foot-Pounds" translation
- Units I don't know about (same reason)

Also some typos, consistency ..
