I see two issues here, dont know if they are parallel, or happening one after
another.

First and original one is:

(subsystems/win32/win32k/objects/dc.c:533) No suitable DDI driver found
(subsystems/win32/win32k/misc/driver.c:482) Unable to connect to miniport
(Status c0000034)

The one me, niski and eadurbin are experiencing, is:

(subsystems\win32\win32k\misc\driver.c:532) Unable to connect to miniport
Status c0000001)
