detailed first exception backtrace

This regression is located at rev. 40975 with rev. 40974 working correctly
(tested with QEMU on official bootcd`s). 

To replicate just boot to 3rd stage and press right mouse button on desktop.
Explorer will disappear with debug log entry of it being killed by unhandled
exception:
