Well I think I've found a method to write the translations correctly. I think
I've seen some time ago that the encoding is automatically done by the OS so I
can save the translations in the default format, using the ANSI equivalent of
the diacritics. I see that in the decoded translations (which are using ANSI),
ă becomes ã, ţ becomes þ, ş becomes º, etc but they all show fine in the
OS. Maybe I could try this. Anyway, thank you for commiting and for telling me
that I forgot adding the translations to the rsrc's.
