I believe that MS is using these exact sources without changes:

http://web.mit.edu/shutkin/OldFiles/MacData_1124b/afs/athena/astaff/reference/4.4lite/usr/src/contrib/bind-4.9.2/tools/nslookup/

infact you can read the string "Copyright (c) 1985,1989 Regents of the
University of California." with an hex viewer.
Technically, using them would solve the issue but I did not know how the
license of these sources is compatible with the ones used in ReactOS; at a
first read, it seems to me that there is not problem, but more opinions on this
would be better.
