That source uses 4-clause BSD license, which would make licensing stuff more
complex due to the advertising clause.
While that advertising clause was revoked in 1999 (see
ftp://ftp.cs.berkeley.edu/pub/4bsd/README.Impt.License.Change), I'm not sure
whether that change also applies to old code.

Nevertheless, it shouldn't be a problem to find such a utility licensed under
3-clause/2-clause BSD, MIT, ISC or GPL in the big pot of existing nslookup
utilities. For example, the version in BIND 9 uses a proper license, on the
other hand it heavily depends on BIND includes. With some searching, you
probably find a tool suitable for inclusion inside ReactOS.
