I have decided nothing, I just said that your controller could have some
compatibility issues with UniATA.

Debug log is a must, perhaps with extra debugging enabled for UniATA, let's
start with standard debuggin, perhaps it shows the possibile cause. Add also
the brand/model of your controller.
