I can confirm the 1st issue (r41124, self-compiled, on QEMU).

Steps to reproduce
==================
- install ReactOS from BootCD as usual
- boot from HD, with inserted CD (disk D:)
- open "Command Prompt"
- enter this command: "copy d:\loader c:\loader"
- a file (!) named "loader" will appear in c:\

I don't know how to reproduce the 2nd bug. If somebody knows, please file
another bug report (!) with step-by-step instructions.
