I was playing around with ROS, and I switched to another workspace. I saw
Windows Explorer was still in the taskbar. I clicked it, and WHABAMM. Explorer
crashes. I tried replicating with command prompt, no luck. The icon didn't show
up in the taskbar. It seems like it only works with the Add New Hardware wizard
(replicated) and Windows Explorer (like folder view), along with maybe a few
others.
