I can confirm this bug. Happened also on Vbox 3.0.10, running 44021. Same debug
log. Crash happens right after rappmgr.cab file download is finished. After
restart, same crash happens if you try to download any of the listed apps.

This crash happens when Networking is in Bridged mode.
