This bug is caused by my initial (and incomplete) tcpip locking work (r44021).
I'm working on some massive locking fixes that will fix this and also the samba
bug. Right now our CONNECTION_ENDPOINT and ADDRESS_FILE structs are poorly
locked which leads to random crashes which increase in probability during
periods of high network activity from ROS (such as viewing a YouTube video).
