Who defines the name of the test? The wine test sources don't define any name
except the filename.

Seems to me like the name parsing of the script has a bug: the first underscore
is understood as the final test name character. Normal names like are
gdi32_winetest, which leads to the name gdi32 - perfectly ok. Not too cool for
ws2_32 and twain_32.
