Seems to work in recent trunk (r44296) in VMWare in bridged mode, after recent
Cameron commits to networking and rpcrt4/wininet revert. Tested with Firefox
browsing and downloading 18Mb file, and using rapps to install 7zip and unpack
the downloaded file.
