The patch to RtlTimeFieldsToTime is alright. The function doesn't normalize
values.
Even the first element of the call chain (DosDateTimeToFileTime in kernel32)
receives wrong input values. So the problem seems to be in another function
returning a DOS time.

But there are other invalid calls of RtlTimeFieldsToTime which don't take this
path too.
