72*96px. Adding larger decks and resizing at runtime could be done, but is not
useful imo. Quality of the commited bitmap looks good, though the cards
features are hard to distinguish in that size obviously.

Resampling beforehand will produce way better results than using our StretchBlt
routines later. To get good results Lanczos (sinc) resample should be used
(available in gimp/irfanview for example). Plus we save some processing power
at runtime.
