You tested 0.3.10, that's a bit old now; grab one of the latest debug builds
from http://www.reactos.org/getbuilds

Bear in mind that ReactOS is still in alpha stage, it's not suitable for
everyday use and might not run on your hardware; you can try it though in a
virtual machine (VirtualBox, VMWare and QEMU.
Search in bugzilla too, your bug might be a duplicate.
