Patch against 42991 for Metric/Imperial measures choice.

A fix for a minor cosmetic issue in cpl/intl.

The correct term for the measurement system used in England and USA is
'Imperial',
not 'Americans'. System names are also singular, not plural, e.g 'Metric' ;-)

Attached is a patch to correct this trivial issue.
