Hi. I am a Turk. I am using React OS. I found many bugs. Bugs are Network Bugs
and Interface bugs. ROS didnt recognize my networks but ROS connected my
network (not work). I am testing ROS start menu. If you move your mouse on text
(up and down), text'll garbled (Enter text is nested).

And please make builder interface (i hope it happens). and i can make Turkish
Language for ReactOS. i am visual basic coder. i can write player etc. for
ReactOS. i want to edit ReactOS but i cannot build it. how can i change
Operating system gui/interface? which do i use c/c++ editor (what is your
referral? notepad++?)
