vbox 3.8.2
VM RAM: 192 , 128 and 64 ( several tests with these amounts of memory)

ReactOS installation stops in 1st stage 100% of the times ( 12 tests done)
while copying the files. It loves to stop in "Copying shell32.dll" (50% time)
but others places too.

Raising to blocker because i like red color.

( I cant make regtesting for a week, so it would be cool to find a stable
working gap.)
