Version 1.12b

Maintenance. The previous "blob" coding method (everything conveniently
arranged in 1 file) wasn't working well anymore ;)

- put log2lines in it's own directory: tools/log2lines
- remove from tools/rsym (that's half the patch size btw)
- separate stuff in (logical) modules and header files
- no functional changes
