Application -> NtGdiGetDIBitsInternal() -> IntEngCopyBits() -> EngCopyBits() ->
DIB_32BPP_BitBltSrcCopy() -> RtlMoveMemory() -> buffer overflow

The problem is that MaxBits is not respected.
