Debug log during three starts each with different settings.

Whatever I try to do, I can't get past installing devices window
r bootcd-45729-dbg.iso
System not hang, mouse moveable, window moveable

System start list:
1. Normal start with USB enabled
2. start without USB
3 install with changed driver (atapi renamed to uniata)
