All of the auto-generated project files created by the make msvc10 command are
missing the closing tag for the project tag. without this tag VS 2010 will not
even attempt to open them. fixing this manually on one of my copies got VS 2010
to open the project(though unfortunately with practically zero contents). This
is just a step in the right direction. I just installed 2010 yesterday so I
have more fiddling around to do before I can find some of the other issues.
