Tested on Vbox 3.2.6 with rev 48063. To reproduce:

1. open cmd window and any other, like explorer or secondary cmd window
2. in one cmd window, proceed to c:\Reactos\sysem32 or to any directory with
sufficient amount of files
3. execute dir command
4. while dir command output is being displayed, try to click on any other
windows
5. on the other hand, moving the cmd window when dir is being executed, results
in this window being copied.
