Tested in 45813.

How to reproduce:

1. Click on "My computer" text under My computer icon.
2. Click on "My documents" text under My documents icon.
3. Goto 1

In my case that bug appears at iteration 4.

I guess that problem is that I am trying to change active icons too fast. Then
I do it slowly, the problem do not shows.

Another bug is that sometimes reactos stops responding to mouse during this
test (it seems that double clicking on "my documents" causes it).
