IIRC Ive already looked into this before and gyROS is correct here. We are off
on the drawing as he describes.
Though I didnt get a chance to see if the patch correctly addressed the issue. 
As in ss the problem in the DrawMenuBarTemp function or the caller, or does it
matter.

At a glance it looks correct.
