Resource strings (STRING_UNITS_IN, STRING_UNITS_INCH and STRING_UNITS_PT) are
added.
Array variables for additional resource strings are added.
enum UNIT is added.
Parameter punit of validate_endptr/number_from_string function is added.
Function current_units_to_twips is superseded by units_to_twips.
