Computer: Intel desktop board  , Pentium4 1.6Ghz, 128Mb ram.

Having installed and tried to run 'SweetHome', I now wanted to un-install it,I
opened Explorer and then closed Explorer without doing anything.
Went to the 'Start' menu and whilst moving the mouse up the 'Programs' menu,
the desktop froze.
The mouse is pointing at the 'Startup' menu, with the 'System Tools' menu
window open,
the 'Accessories' menu hi-lighted and it's window open over the 'System Tools'
menu window.
