Patch

duplicated code for scanning file system in WinDirectory::read_directory and
ShellDirectory::read_directory moved to new function scan_win_dir

that function sets valid value to Entry::_shell_attribs (was only in
ShellDirectory::read_directory), on which depends presence of "+" in tree view

patch modified to be applieable on r47244

Small change, so that patch can be applied on current trunk automatically.
Patch works as advertised.
Author of the patch is Mikhail Denisenko, not me.
