Committed revision 49109.

Still heavy testing is needed.

ATM tested AbiWord 2.8.6, FF 2.0.0.20, 3.0.10, 3.5.3, 3.6 (w gdi issues,
results like Assertion 'MmAvailablePages != 0' failed at ARM³::PFNLIST line 336
win32k/eng/mem.c:49 (EngAllocMem at 12)), 3.6.10 (w gdi/net issues), SM 2.0.8, OOo
2.4.3 and LO 3.3.0 beta1 (w runtime msvcr90 issues, results are same as bug
5661 Class "Static" not found). Nothing to point at the patch as I can discern
from the debug back tracing. The rest of the testing is from the loaded
application ReactOS offers.
