Hook Patch

Okay!!!! I have DosBox 0.74 running dir etc.., switching desktops and
right-click on the desktop works. Open Explorer, Wordpad and Notepad on top of
DOSBox and switch to the next desktop #2 and open Cmd dir etc..! Works! Slow
with qemu on a Quad core. It did not crash~ so?

Here is the bad news,,

User32 wine test "msg" crashes in the WH_CBT HCBT_CREATEWND callback, working
on that now for two days.
