livecd 48860 debug log with backtrace

Under qemu 0.9.0 bootcd cannot boot to the installation screen with my setup.
Under bootcd I could introduce the bt command to get the backtrace. Regtesting
I found that r48859 works OK, and r48860 doesn't work. The problem remains in
trunk. Using livecd I could get a backtrace that I'm attaching to this
description. If I use cont in kdb I could get to the desktop without problems
(in the livecd).
