the problem is that no button has focus, so keyboard shortcuts are not caught.
After clicking a button in the first page, we give focus to one of the controls
that process these shortcuts. IMO we should commit this patch ( even though it
is a hack) and convert the bug to a HACK till the real bug is fixed (it seems
it is in win32k)
