there is also parted from linux.  gparted is the GUI version which can resize
partitions, move partitions, shrink, grow, and copy partitions (I don't know
how successful copy will be with reactos).

it uses ntfs-3g.

this may or may not help things along.

gparted and parted are not currently very compatible with vista/7 when it comes
to move/shrink/grow.  it causes the need for the OS disc and a repair.
I hope they fix that soon.
