Test program

Attached is a program that can be used to reproduce this issue. Compilation
command line included (works with RosBE).

Start the program, open display CP, change resolution and/or color depth ->
crash.
Pressing the x key will toggle the use of SetDIBitsToDevice - there is no crash
if disabled, everything else is drawn fine.

Not the simplest possible testcase, but should be sufficient. I can make a
minimal one if desired.
