Release version with the manifest integrated.

@vicmarcal: I'm sorry, I'm still not used to this manifest stuff. But, to 1.
you need the Debug CRT (it's working on my XP), to 3. Yeah you're right - I
just builded the release version without manifest because in #reactos-dev there
was a suggestion to try to run the application without manifest in ReactOS.

Probably you should compile the project on your own. In my opinion the both
manifest versions *should* work and currently they do not.
