Any project using msvcr90 has to provide a manifest, embedded or next to
executable. ros_lines_no_manifest.exe can't work as is.
-Make sure to remove msvcr90.dll from system32, it doesn't work here by design.
-Please provide a link to the redistributable matching the msvcr9 version in
manifest, otherwise this won't work.
