Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to RosCMS.
2. Go to http://www.reactos.org/roscms/?page=user
3. Click "Edit My Profile". (link:
http://www.reactos.org/roscms/?page=my&subpage=edit )
4. Change your e-mail address and save the changes. A message will appear:
"Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the email-address activation
email that contains the activation hyperlink."
5. Open the activation email. The details are correct, open the activation
link. (Note: the activation link contains superfluous slashes after the host
part and before "roscms/". But this is unrelated to the problem described.)
6. On this activation page, supply the new e-mail address. Or any other.
Clicking on the "Save" button won't produce any different result, the page will
be re-displayed and nothing is changed.
