Some of our tests codes are not placed in the Winetests folder.
I.e:    gdi32:DPtoLP suite is in the apitests folder (DPtoLP.c).

Seems testman points always to Winetest folder instead checking where the 
subsuite (DPtoLP) is, so any link in : 
http://reactos.org/testman/detail.php?id=1255963
,points to Winetest folder, hence it doesnt open the code and Asserts :(

Can't we create a list of Subsuites placed out of the Winetest folder so
testman will create a specific path to the code instead using the testman
default path (winetest folder)?
