I guess this bug will be closed once bootsector + FreeLDR work in all of
following conditions:
* RBUILD
* CMAKE
* 512byte standard floppy layout
* PE-image-image
* multiboot-compliant image
* real mode
* protected mode

The 137KB bootdisk image is nice, wonder how well UPX can compress FreeLDR
