I see the changes to the boot sector code in SVN. Looking at the trunk build I
can confirm these changes are not making in to the trunk builds. I will test
the changes out whenever builds that include it, either trunk or CMAKE, are
available. 

BTW, the disk was created with a DOS based floppy disk formatter called NFORMAT
(and then imaged). You can specify all kinds of format layout parameters and it
can format 1.44mb disks to actually hold about 1.7mb.

I didn't feed it to ReactOS setup, I used an old DOS based boot sector writer
called READBOOT.EXE to add the boot sector code (without overwriting the
geometry information) and then just dropped the FreeLDR files on the disk.
